Since first opening its doors in 2005 from a small office with 3 employees, PROTECS has grown to now operate five U.S. offices located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Newark, DE, Bridgewater, NJ, Raleigh, NC and Salt Lake City, UT with over 35 employees.

Coinciding with this major business milestone, PROTECS announces the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 5165 Campus Drive in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Situated near key transportation routes, including 276, 476, and the NE Extension, this prime headquarters location adds to PROTECS’ real estate development portfolio since opening its first Innovation Center back in 2012. PROTECS Innovation Centers now represent six Centers retaining over 275,000 square feet of R&D and manufacturing infrastructure to support the operations of 15+ innovative tenants in Montgomery and Bucks County PA.
“Back in 2012 I saw a need for the emerging R&D companies to have space to grow, and since there wasn’t existing space available at an affordable price point, I created the spaces for them,” said DiPaolo. Our Innovation Centers support complex regulatory and resource demands while providing life sciences and high-tech companies with their own laboratory, office and/or manufacturing space.”
